Support Packages
Combining a home visit with a remote support programme offers families the highest level of personalised, comprehensive support. This approach is particularly beneficial during the newborn stage, where early guidance and hands on support can make a significant difference to feeding, settling and overall family wellbeing.
A home visit allows Charmian to assess every aspect of your baby and family dynamic in real time, including feeding, settling techniques, routines, parental responses, sleep environment and family set up. During the newborn stage, support may also include assessment of oral function, digestion, lactation and breastfeeding challenges.
When combined with ongoing remote support, parents receive real time guidance, daily adjustments and continued reassurance while implementing a tailored plan designed to resolve sleep, feeding and parenting challenges quickly, gently and effectively.
What's included
All packages include everything in the home visit, plus the full Remote Support Programme: a written plan of action, daily 30-minute phone calls, WhatsApp support from 8am to 5pm, video calls when helpful, and a follow-up check-in.
