Baby Sleep, Settling & Routine Support
The Sleeping Baby Routine
Helping babies develop healthy sleep habits, predictable routines and settled nights through a gentle, personalised approach.
Every baby is different, and sleep challenges can present in many ways, from difficulty settling and short naps to frequent night waking, early rising, overtiredness and feeding-related sleep disruptions.
As babies grow, their sleep needs, feeding requirements and daily routines naturally change too. Supporting healthy sleep often means adapting routines and approaches as your child develops, rather than focusing on sleep in isolation.

How can I help?
Whether your baby is struggling to settle, waking frequently overnight, taking short naps or relying on feeding and cuddling to fall asleep, sleep deprivation can quickly become overwhelming for the whole family.
With over 30 years of experience in baby routines and more than a decade as a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant, I provide practical, personalised support to help your baby sleep well while ensuring their emotional and developmental needs are met.
Common Sleep Challenges I Can Help With

My Approach
I believe healthy sleep starts with understanding a child as a whole. Sleep shouldn’t be thought of in isolation, as it is influenced by every aspect of your baby’s day, from feeding, digestion and routine to parental responses and development.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I create a personalised plan tailored to your baby and family. I focus on identifying and addressing the underlying factors affecting sleep before considering a sleep management method. By getting the foundations right first, where sleep training is deemed appropriate, can often be implemented more effectively.
My approach is gentle, responsive and evidence-based. I focus on building healthy sleep foundations and teaching parents how to understand and respond to their baby’s needs with confidence.
My support is always tailored to your baby’s age, development and individual needs, helping families create calmer routines, healthier sleep patterns and more settled nights.
