Parents and/or guardians remain solely responsible for seeking appropriate advice from qualified medical professionals in relation to any medical, health, developmental, feeding or safety concerns concerning either mother or baby.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS

Phone consultations are non-refundable once booked. To rearrange your appointment, please give at least five working days' notice. Requests made within five working days may not be accommodated and the appointment fee will be retained. Follow Up Calls must be booked within four weeks of your last appointment with Charmian. Catch-Up Calls are strictly for families whose last appointment was within one month.

5 AND 10 DAY REMOTE SUPPORT PROGRAMMES

Support programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has started. To rearrange your start date, please give at least five working days' notice. Your diary must be submitted by Sunday 10am ahead of your Monday start date. If your diary is not received in time, your start date may need to be moved to the following week. Results can vary between families. Some see immediate improvements, while others may need a few weeks depending on consistency and any underlying factors. Advice may be adjusted within the first 48 hours depending on how your baby responds.

HOME VISITS

Home visit fees are non-refundable once booked. To rearrange your visit, please give at least five working days' notice. Requests made within five working days may not be accommodated and the booking fee will be retained. Your visit date is not confirmed at the time of booking. Charmian will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable date. Travel costs are additional and confirmed at the time of booking.

HOME STAYS AND PRE-BIRTH PLANNING

Home stay and pre-birth planning bookings are arranged directly with Charmian. A phone consultation and signed agreement are required before your booking is confirmed. Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual agreement. Travel costs are additional and confirmed at the time of booking. To avoid disappointment, home stays are best booked during pregnancy. Availability is limited.

GENERAL

Flexibility may occasionally be needed around appointment timings due to Charmian's in-home bookings. You will always be given as much notice as possible.
